  TrackForce collects only what is necessary to deliver accurate productivity tracking, follow-up reminders, location-based attendance, meeting reports, and communication logs.

  • Personal Information: Employee name, email address, mobile number, company/team details, and designation.

  • Contact & Client Information: Client name, business name, contact number, email ID, meeting remarks, follow-up details, and notes entered by employees. This remains private within your organization.

  • Location Information: GPS-based data during working hours to verify meeting locations, track attendance/check-in-check-out, provide accurate visit reporting, and improve route productivity. Not used for surveillance outside working hours.

  • Media & File Information: Business card photos, premises photos, and user profile photos for verification and record-keeping.

  • Device Information: Device model and OS, app version, and network information to maintain security and troubleshoot.
